This case report describes a 30-year-old Bangladeshi woman with 12 years of secondary subfertility who had no typical symptoms such as dysmenorrhea or hematometra. Initial hysterosalpingography suggested a unicornuate uterus with bilateral tubal obstruction, but combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy revealed Type II Robert's uterus with a blind left hemicavity and unilateral tubal obstruction. The case highlights the diagnostic challenges of this rare Müllerian anomaly and the value of combined endoscopic evaluation, particularly when advanced imaging such as MRI or 3D ultrasonography is unavailable.
